 Our client is an established London-based concierge and lifestyle membership business with over 20 years’ experience, trusted relationships across hospitality, private members’ clubs, luxury travel and VIP events, and a proven premium membership model.

The company is seeking two to three Investing NEDs / Advisors to help scale the business from a London-led concierge platform into a broader, multi-layer premium membership business. The company name and full materials will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates under NDA.

Growth will be driven by:

  • an elite membership tier for HNW / UHNW individuals and families
  • a scalable, low-cost, AI-powered entry membership level
  • app and AI-supported operations to improve efficiency and capacity
  • international expansion into selected high-value markets

Investment and role

The company is raising £100-150k to accelerate growth, expected from 2-3 Investing NEDs / Advisors investing c.£50k each. Capital will be deployed into premium member acquisition, app and AI completion, entry level membership launch, international expansion and working capital.

The expected commitment is approximately 2 to 3 days per month, with potentially greater involvement during the early execution phase.

Premium Audience Growth & Marketing

Commercial experience reaching and converting affluent, experience-driven customers across luxury, hospitality, membership, events, travel or high-end services.

Travel, Hospitality & International Expansion

Networks or operating experience that can support international membership, travel partnerships, destination strategy and future market expansion.
