Founder Background

New Homes Hub was founded by property professionals with over 14 years of experience across the London residential property sector.

Founder and CEO Maija Celmina launched New Homes Lettings divisions at both Foxtons and Chestertons, generating approximately £2.5m in fees while building extensive industry relationships across developers, investors and operators.

COO Chekira Carty brings operational management and sales leadership experience from Foxtons, alongside project management and commercial performance expertise.
