Role: Investing Non-Executive Director (3 Positions Available)
Our client, Danti Global Limited, has built the world’s first Family Office Operating System designed specifically for the underserved mid-tier millionaire market. Danti unites a family’s financial assets, structures, documents, advisors, and the wisdom behind their success, enabling clarity, security and generational continuity. 
With the largest wealth transfer in human history underway, $85 trillion, the business is uniquely positioned to become the category-defining platform that finally solves the global problem of generational wealth failure.
The company is now seeking three investing Non-Executive Directors to join the Board and support its next phase of expansion across the UK, India and the GCC.
They are seeking three Investing Non-Executive Directors with the following experience:
Sales & Growth Expert – experience scaling SaaS platforms into high-growth markets
Proven Entrepreneurial Track Record – ideally with exits or experience building category-defining companies
Deep Network of Advisors – strong relationships with wealth managers, accountants, lawyers, family offices
Strategic Insight – understanding of tech, fintech, or wealth management sectors
Aligned Values – commitment to family, legacy, and long-term thinking
Time commitment: 2–4 days per month
Investment: £25K–£50K per NED (EIS approved)
This role requires individuals who can provide insight, expertise, influence, and hands-on support during the company’s major pivot and scale-up period.

Investment Offer
The incoming Non-Executive Directors will be encouraged to invest £25K–£50K each (EIS approved) to align long-term interests with the Board.
Danti’s valuation and pitch deck are available upon candidate qualification and NDA.
No remuneration is offered for the first 12 months. Equity upside is significant due to the market size and first-mover advantage.
