Innerplace is an established London-based concierge and lifestyle membership business with over 20 years’ experience. The company provides trusted access, expert recommendations and discreet lifestyle support to affluent private clients, families, senior executives and corporate members.

The business operates at the premium personal end of the concierge market, combining long-standing relationships across hospitality, private members’ clubs, travel and events with a tiered membership model and an increasingly technology-enabled operating platform.

Innerplace is seeking two to three Investing Non-Executive Directors or Advisors to support its next stage of growth, including raising £100,000. The case to join Innerplace is straightforward: We have already built a trusted brand, a premium member base and a revenue-generating model. The next phase is to use targeted capital and experienced strategic support to scale our existing premium product, “RedMembership”, launch Discovery (a new membership level), complete our app and AI-enabled systems, and prove international membership beyond London.

The role also offers unusual personal access to the world in which Innerplace operates: premium hospitality, private events, luxury travel, cultural experiences and opportunities that are often invisible to the wider market.

Innerplace sits between these models. It is independent, curated and relationship-led, with technology being used to increase consistency, capacity and progression through the membership tiers.

A NED / Advisor with networks or operating experience that can support international expansion, travel partnerships and international team building, helping Innerplace develop multi-city coverage and stronger time-zone support.

Commitment and investment

The expected commitment is approximately 2 to 3 days per month, with potentially greater input during the early execution phase.

The role is active but proportionate, supporting governance, commercial discipline, strategic introductions and execution focus without becoming day-to-day operational.
