COOPER WALLET
1. Overview
Cooper Wallet by Cooper Social Finance Limited is a B2B financial infrastructure for platforms, marketplaces, and regulated businesses that unifies multiple payment gateways, wallet management, and KYC/AML tooling under a single, compliant control plane.

Cooper Wallet provides single point API for B2B Payments, Wallets & Compliance, Centralised payments, wallets, and compliance in one platform built for regulated businesses.
Cooper Social Finance Limited is a technology provider, not a bank or deposit-taking institution. Client funds are safeguarded by authorised payment institutions and are not held directly by the company.
2. Product & APIs
Core capabilities:

Payments control plane: orchestrate cards, bank payments, and local methods behind a single API; route by region, cost, and performance.

Wallets: issue multi-currency wallets, group balances, and partner wallets to power payouts, refunds, and internal transfers.
Compliance & monitoring: run CDD/CRA, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring from one place.
Performance targets include 99.9% gateway uptime and average routing latency under 200 ms, with modular APIs designed for regulated markets and B2B SaaS.
3. Pricing & Packages
Planned business model and revenue streams include:
- Platform usage fees: calculated by reference to transaction volume processed by regulated payment institutions.
- Subscription Plans: Merchants and fintech businesses subscribe to tiered plans based on transaction volume, support levels, and access to advanced features.
- Value-Added Services: Premium offerings such as fraud analytics, API integrations, and business intelligence dashboards enhance client value.

4. Market & Go-To-Market
Platforms and regulated businesses increasingly need unified payment orchestration, wallet infrastructure, and built-in compliance. Initial focus: UK and key international corridors, with partnerships to accelerate merchant acquisition and corridor coverage.
5. Technology, Security & Compliance
- Architecture: modular, cloud-native services with strong observability. Zero-trust access and encryption in transit and at rest.
- Security: biometrics, device binding and step-up authentication for sensitive actions; ongoing vulnerability management and third-party audits.
- Compliance: customer due diligence (CDD), customer risk assessment (CRA), and ongoing KYC/AML monitoring. UK focus with safeguarding by authorised payment institutions.
