Following a successful round of fundraising and substantial growth in 2014, EcoHydra Technologies Ltd, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of superior alcohol free hand hygiene formulations, has now established an Advisory Board to support the executive team.

Ecohydra used the specialist NED headhunter First Flight Non-Executive Directors Ltd to recruit Leslie Barber, Charles Goodson-Wickes and Professor Duncan Eaton.

Professor Duncan Eaton is a past Chief Executive of the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency and the Bedfordshire Health Authority. He is currently Chairman of Kimal Holdings Ltd, a company supplying medical devices and services to the NHS as well as to UK and International healthcare markets. He is also Executive Adviser to the All Party Parliamentary Health Group and an advisor to various healthcare supply companies.

Leslie Barber and Charles Goodson-Wickes, Non-Executive Directors of Ecohydra, will also sit on the Advisory Board.

Leslie Barber is a portfolio Non-Executive Director with board level retail experience and a highly successful executive career under his belt, with international marketing and brand-building experience in organisations such as Unilever and Lornamead. He has already led successful negotiations with both Boots and Amazon on behalf of EcoHydra.

Charles Goodson-Wickes is a Physician, Barrister and former MP with outstanding career achievements at Executive and Board level. The Chairman of Thomas Greg and Sons Ltd, international Security Printers, he has previously served on the boards of 2 FTSE 250 Health sector companies – Nestor Healthcare Group plc, and medical devices company Gyrus Group plc.

Designed to bolster the new executive team and provide guidance on company strategy and growth opportunities, the Advisory Board will be managed by the Chairman of EcoHydra Technologies Ltd, Clifton Melvin, who comments:

Since these new hires, successes for the company include the NHS Listing of the Hand Sanitiser and being the selected supplier of hand hygiene products to the Athletes village at the 2014 Commonwealth games. EcoHydra Technologies Ltd has also received confirmation of new stockists of the EcoHydra Instant Hand Sanitiser in addition to Boots. These include Amazon and an increasing number of independent pharmacies, wholesalers and regional multiples in the UK.
