Strong, well connected Management team
Background
While the Ministry of Defence provides statutory support to those leaving the Armed Forces through the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), this assistance is limited. It is focused solely on the uniformed individual, restricted to employment-related guidance, and only available for up to two years post-service—leaving significant gaps in holistic, long-term support for both veterans and their families.
Solution
Positive Transition have developed a comprehensive, family-focused platform that supports individuals throughout military service, the transition period, and life as a veteran. Covering key areas such as finances, employment, accommodation, health, wellbeing, education, and community, the platform offers personalised guidance, local and regional resources, structured timelines, and interactive community features—including ratings and reviews of services. It’s a truly dynamic solution that brings the “live” into “lived experience.”

- Platform adaptability demonstrated through interest in repurposing as a Bereavement Support Portal, easing the burden of post-loss administration ("sadmin")

- Strong bonds built through service, engenders a trusted community of mutual support.
