Our client is a London-based fan engagement platform using fan generated content to enable ALL artists and event organizers to generate more revenue.  They’re App, a Tripadvisor style model allowing EVERYONE to champion their favorite artists, gigs and festivals, is super powered by web3 technology, rewarding content creation through a loyalty and rewards program… generating more revenue for all stakeholders – fans, artists, venues, festivals, management, labels and promoters!  Our client will reshape how artists engage with their fans and importantly, provide ALL stakeholders with access to their customer data.

Our client is building the next global standard for fan engagement, starting with a loyalty & rewards system incentivizing fans to create and share content all powered by web3.

This dual-sided value proposition; allowing ALL fans to proactively champion their favorite music (live and recorded) and ALL artists to generate further revenue from these fans interactions/engagements, provides a unique content and rewards opportunity in the music sector.  With strong existing traction, SEIS advance assurance and VC backing, our client is seeking two investing Non-Executive Directors or Advisors to join its journey.

  • Their leadership team has vast sector, technology and start-up expertise.

  • £40k of a £100k SEIS round is committed from a VC.
  • Round expected to close within the next two weeks.

 

Our clients team believes music & live entertainment should be about discovery, fun and economically viable for all involved.  Our clients scalable model of rewarding fans for creating and sharing content, leads to a 10X increase in purchase conversions for merchandise & tickets.

  • Reviews: Fans are rewarded for creating and sharing content plus championing artists.

Our client is seeking £100,000 in pre-seed capital (SEIS AA), to build its proof of concept/MVP.  Investors in this round will be offered a 10% discount for the seed round via an Advanced Subscription Agreement (ASA).

Our client will look to secure a seed round within 6 months of closing the pre-seed, likely to be >£1,000,000, with follow on capital available from the VC.

We invite interested investing NEDs that can add value to our journey through their skills, experiences, knowledge and networks to join us. We’re seeking an investment of circa £25k–£50k per investing NED to close the round, launch our MVP and generate revenue from day 1.

You’ll be a good fit if you bring experience in:

  • Marketing D2C marketplace platforms/Apps leading to significant customer acquisition.
  • Expanding consumer businesses internationally.
  • Music & live entertainment domain expertise.
  • VC, PE network and experience raising capital.
  • You should be prepared to contribute 1–3 days/month, flexing more in the early stages and be motivated by long-term strategic involvement and vesting options.
