A Non-Executive Director (Non-Exec) is required for One Heritage Group plc, a high growth company on the Standard List of the LSE with a Market Cap of £16.70m. One Heritage Group is an early-stage property development and investment management company with a focus on the residential sector primarily in the North of England, they are based in Manchester. The first developments are expected to complete in the next six months.

We are looking for a Non-Executive Director with a financial background and a qualified accountant who can demonstrate a successful track record as Director of a company from £20m to £100m mkt cap.

There are 4 Board meetings a year held in Manchester (currently held virtually). The time requirement will be 2 days per month covering formal and informal time initially, more during induction.  The Non-Exec will Chair the Audit and Risk Committee which meets twice a year and also sit on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, which are both held once a year. The remuneration is £25k.  Candidates will ideally be based in Manchester or the North West.

Non-Exec Director Requirements/Criteria

  • Quoted Company Finance Director or Non-Executive Director who has grown a business from £20m to £100m mkt cap.
  • A qualified accountant (ICAEW or equivalent body) who has the capability to Chair the Audit & Risk Committee
  • Able to work with an experienced, fast moving young team.
  • Mentor the CEO and Executive team to support the growth and scale of the business.
  • Based in or around Manchester and the North West.
  • Remuneration is £25k per annum. Quarterly meetings held virtually currently - when possible, in-person meetings are held in Manchester.
  • You should have enough time availability to make an effective contribution.
