A Non-Executive Director (Non-Exec) is required for an AIM listed Enterprise Management client in the Fintech sector with a £20m turnover, providing payment solutions, retail management systems and services, based in Southampton.

We are looking for a Non-Executive Director who can demonstrate a successful track record as Director of a company which will have grown to £100m+ mkt cap or equivalent. The Non-Exec will provide guidance on strategy development around B2B sales and marketing.  A knowledge of the retail sector, loyalty and big data along with European and International growth experience is essential.

The Board meets monthly, in person meetings are held in Southampton; the time requirement will be 2-3 days per month covering formal and informal time initially, more during induction. The remuneration is iro £50k pa.

Non-Exec Director Requirements/Criteria

  • An Executive or Non-Executive Director with a plc background who has experience of big data & loyalty and can support the long-term sales & marketing strategy.
  • Understand plc corporate governance and process.
  • Demonstrate growth in European & International markets.
  • Able to recognise digital megatrends and best practice in the B2B retail sector.
  • You should have enough time availability to make an effective contribution.


Time commitment is 2-3 days per month for Board meetings plus time for strategy and business update calls, initially more during induction. Board meetings are held monthly and currently are virtual, in normal circumstances meetings are held in Southampton. Remuneration will be iro £50k per annum.
